The program is designed to protect employees, subcontractors, inspectors, project stakeholders, visitors, and the surrounding community. Our consistent safety performance has resulted in preferred insurance rates and reflects our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of jobsite safety.

We believe optimal project outcomes are achieved only through exceptional safety performance. Our company-wide safety policy emphasizes accident prevention through proactive planning, education, training, and enforcement for all personnel on site. We operate in full compliance with OSHA regulations and applicable local and owner-specific safety requirements. TM Construction Group’s Safety Program includes project-specific safety planning, employee and supervisor training, equipment and operator qualification requirements, site and new hire orientations, daily safety meetings, routine inspections and audits, tool and equipment checks, safety recognition initiatives, mandatory subcontractor participation, and enforced disciplinary measures.

TM Construction Group carries Workers’ Compensation Insurance through the State Compensation Insurance Fund and maintains an Experience Modification Rate (EMR) of 0.65, reflecting superior safety performance and effective risk management.
